Counselling is a talking therapy that involves a trained therapist listening to you and working together to find ways to move forward.
Our counselling service enables you to focus on the areas of your life that are causing you distress or holding you back.
We can all face challenging times in our life which can make looking after our own wellbeing difficult. People are affected in different ways at different times therefore counselling can be a transformative way to process those feelings and emotions.
We provide face to face and remote support for individuals, families and young people who may be facing a wide range of issues. Our qualified counsellors work with a range of talking therapy modalities including Person-Centered, Integrative, Psychodynamic, Systemic and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT).
Our wellbeing centre based in the heart of Cardiff, provides a safe, warm and confidential space including disabled access.
