What is counselling?

Our talking therapy / counselling service enables you to focus on the areas of your life that are causing you distress or holding you back, with a therapist / counsellor in a warm, safe confidential environment.
We provide face to face and remote support for individuals, families and young people facing a wide range of issues. The talking therapy modalities provided by our qualified counsellors include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred, Integrative, Psychodynamic and Systemic
We’re based in our wellbeing centre in the heart of Cardiff. Here you will find comfortable and private rooms including disabled access, designed to provide a safe, warm and confidential space.
