Resilience Building

The resilience-building workshop brings together the latest cognitive behavioural therapy techniques, neuroscience and psychological research to provide you with strategies to protect your mental health and wellbeing through building resilience.

The workshop provides a range of strategies to cope when the going gets tough and then be able to relax and recharge, in order to retain and maintain your resilience.

  • Body-conscious – tuning in to you
  • Communication – both how we communicate with others and managing our ‘self-talk’
  • Control – how far does it reach and how much is enough?
