How does it work?
1. Referral form
Complete our super quick questionnaire so we can understand what you hope to achieve through counselling.
2. Consultation
One of our professionals will ask some questions – so that we can pair you with a counsellor best suited to your needs.
3. Start counselling
Start sessions at a day and time that suits you. Online, over the phone or face to face in our Cardiff centre that includes disabled access
Our diverse network of local counsellors are hand-selected by our expert team and are registered with either BACP, UKCP or a similar accrediting body
