Our counselling services are available face to face, online and over the phone.
Our experienced counsellors can work with people facing all kinds of challenges. You may be feeling anxious or depressed, experiencing distressing thoughts, have experienced trauma or are looking to move forward and achieve your goals.
How does it work?
1. Referral form
Complete and return our referral form so we can understand what you hope to achieve through counselling. You will also need to complete a mandatory survey.
2. Choose a counsellor
Let us know your preferences. You can choose a counsellor you would like to work with and see their availability on our website.
3. We will be in touch
We will book your sessions and you will receive appointment reminders via text, email or both.
