I draw on techniques that best suit you to help you move forward. Whatever your problem may be, simple or complex, we will work together to find ways to either manage your issues.

My approach: I am an experienced Integrative Counsellor and I use a combined model of Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.
A bit about me:
I am a practical and a genuine being and I am fluent in four languages (English, Bengali, Hindi, and Urdu). In addition, my experience in this field along with my own personal journey and development as an independent Asian Muslim woman, have given the compassion and determination I need. I aspire to help others in enabling them to help themselves and thus I bring the ability in finding the courage and building strength to challenge issues that are barriers towards leading a content life.
I am devoted to my responsibilities and duties with a genuine desire to help others in accordance to one’s needs. Drawing on CBT, I use an integrative approach to therapy that tailors uniquely to the individual needs, circumstances and goals.
I provide therapeutic counselling to young people and adults.
