Hi, I’m Catherine (she/her). I’m a qualified Integrative counsellor that works with clients in a supportive and focused way which allows you to explore how you feel, what you need, life events, relationships and trauma. Working in an integrative approach allows me to pull on modalities and experience to adapt to suit your needs and offer flexibility to suit you.
I have a wealth of experience working with a range of issues and concerns including trauma, anxiety, depression, abuse, self-esteem, confidence, stress, grief and loss, addiction, relationships, anger and much more.
There are times in all our lives when we become stuck, feel lost or overwhelmed and talking therapy allows you to safely explore, unpack concerns or events, and express yourself and your experiences in a space without judgement. I offer a safe, welcoming and confidential space which is free of judgement and open to all.
Outside of the therapy room, I love to spend my time cooking up a storm in the kitchen, practising fitness like dancing, Pilates and yoga, reading a good book snuggling up with my cats and going cold water swimming.
I am open to working with people face-to-face, online or over the phone.
