Integrative and Humanistic counsellor

I am an experienced Integrative and Humanistic counsellor, registered with the BACP and an accredited member of the National Counselling Society.

I provide a confidential and professional counselling service within a safe and supportive environment. My work is underpinned by an empathic and collaborative approach to individual issues. As an Integrative Counsellor, I combine practice from different theoretical approaches including Person Centred, CBT, Transactional Analysis and Humanistic.

I have provided counselling to individuals from a wide range of experiences, backgrounds, ethnicities and cultures. I started my counselling work mainly in the area of bereavement including pre-bereavement, post bereavement and complex grief. I have also supported individuals through issues such as abuse, anxiety, childhood trauma, low self-esteem/confidence, panic attacks, relationship issues, depression, domestic violence, suicidal ideation, stress and work-related stress.

I believe understanding ourselves is the key. Working together we will aim to create a trusting therapeutic relationship in which to explore your issues without judgement.
