Hi, my name’s Greg and I’m a Person-Centred counsellor. I have a Psychology degree and a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. I’m also a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a member of the British Focusing Association.
From working together, I can support and empower you to explore complex issues, situations and emotions – that you feel may need clarification or change. I value your individuality and your right to live your life according to your chosen values – I don’t judge or superimpose my own.
Through person-centred counselling we can explore our own unique way forward, realising our potential for growth and change.
I’ve developed more appreciation for the strong connection between mind and body following training with the British Focusing Association. Sometimes this connection is downplayed in our society. By focusing on our inner-self, we are able to approach a situation with patience and curiosity. New insights and meaning can arise and help change to unfold. If this is something you would like to explore then we can include focusing moments whilst encouraging change in a natural, safe manner. I’m committed to providing an ethical and respectful counselling service that values diversity. All gender identities and pronouns are very welcome.
My hobbies include Qigong, meditation, walking in nature, and watching Wales play rugby.
