Hello, I’m Hannah. I am a Health and Wellbeing Training Consultant at Breathe. I deliver a range of bespoke mental health and wellbeing training.
I have over 12 years of training experience, with a particular interest in promoting and spreading the message of better mental health as well as tackling the stigma surrounding it. I’m passionate about training which can have a positive impact on how people manage their own mental health and support others.
To help promote positive wellbeing, I enjoy going for walks and dancing Lindy Hop! I enjoy learning about other cultures and love to communicate with others in Spanish and French.
