Hi, I’m Hannah and am in my final year of training. I am a Humanistic Existential counsellor at Breathe and been part of the team since December 2018.
In a supportive and non-judgemental space, we will explore your world and the challenges that you are facing. Therapy will be tailored to meet your needs and will go at the pace that is right for you. Together we will look at different perspectives that will help bring about positive change so you can live a more fulfilled life.
As well as face-to-face, online and telephone counselling, I also offer walk and talk sessions. When working outdoors, I draw upon my outdoor life coaching skills. Symbols in nature are used to help bring about insight and clarity.
I have experience of supporting people with a range of presenting issues including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, bereavement/loss and trauma.
In my spare time, I love to walk or cycle in the outdoors. I also enjoy travelling and embracing new cultures and ways of life.
