Hi, my name is Natasha. I am a qualified Counsellor with a Post Graduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy. I am also a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP)
As an Integrative Counsellor, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches including person-centred, gestalt, psychodynamic and CBT. My sessions are tailored to suit the needs of each individual person.
Working in a relational way means that my goal is to form an honest, open, and genuine relationship with my clients. I feel that the therapeutic relationship between counsellor and client is important for achieving positive outcomes.
I have experience working with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, bereavement, loss, trauma, sexual abuse, relationship difficulties and low self-esteem.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, socialising with friends and going for long walks with my dog. I also love to travel and visit new places.
