Hello, my name is Natasha. I am a qualified Counsellor with a Post Graduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy (Level 7) and a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP).
As an Integrative Counsellor, I use a combination of psychological theories and modalities to meet each individual needs. Within my Integrative practice, I work from a person-centred foundation, incorporating Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Humanistic approaches.
I support people with a broad range of issues. I have experience working in the NHS, Private Practice and Mental Health Charities (Mind and Breathe). I also currently provide specialised counselling to people who have experienced sexual violence and sexual abuse.
Life can sometimes be difficult and painful. Talking to someone who is not involved can really help. I offer a compassionate, warm, safe space for us to work together and at your pace, with whatever you choose to bring. I will work alongside you, supporting and most importantly listening to your experience.
I am passionate about helping people make positive changes in their lives. I understand that coming to counselling can be daunting. I’ve had my own personal therapy, so I fully understand how difficult it is to talk to someone you don’t know, it’s all part of the process and I’m here to support that.
