Hi, I am Tracey and I am a qualified person-centred counsellor which is a non-directive, client-led therapy. As your counsellor, I will provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space for you to talk and be listened to.
I have worked with people distressed by bereavement, including complicated grief. I also have experience working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression or low self-esteem.
Within our sessions, we can explore the barriers that are preventing you from living a fulfilled life. This may include exploring thoughts and feelings which you may find difficult to understand.
In my spare time, I enjoy going to the cinema and when I get the opportunity – travelling to new places. During a recent visit to Michigan to see friends and family, I visited the Henry Ford Museum and in my photograph, I am sitting on the bus where Rosa Parks famously refused to give up her seat in her fight for racial equality in 1955.
